Let Them Eat Cake follows the effort of Texas public schools to ban junk food, and the surprising backlash that it caused. One group of kids started a black market, another formed a PAC known as the French Fry Committee. Parents, school administrators, and the soda industry all weigh in on what has become known as "the Cupcake Controversy". Let Them Eat Cake unearths some surprising discoveries, and reveals who stands to lose the most from the ban on junk food.
